Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund under EU law, as the content is immediately accessible and cannot be returned.

If you have not downloaded or accessed the guide, your payment will be refunded in full within 14 days of your valid cancellation request, using the original payment method.

Exceptions:

If you experience a technical issue or the digital product is faulty, please contact us. Faulty or misdescribed digital products remain eligible for remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, regardless of download status, under the legal two-year guarantee.

By purchasing and downloading our digital guide, you acknowledge and give your express consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins.
